Dan Stoicescu, PhD
Chief Executive Office, Founder
Dan brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical and business experience in the field of drug discovery and development. He leads the design of Floratek’s pipeline of small molecules and the creation of the company’s intellectual property. Before founding Floratek, Dan founded and led for over 15 years Sindan AG, an oncology holding sold in 2006 to Actavis Group. Dan holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Bucharest.
Eugenio Gaudio, PhD
Chief Operating Officer
Eugenio is an experienced and committed scientist who received a PhD in Molecular Oncology, Experimental Immunology and development of Innovative Therapies in 2009. He is passionate about protein-protein interactions, drug target identification and preclinical development of new small molecules, thus continuing work done at the Ohio State University, Institute of Oncology Research – Bellinzona and at Helsinn Healthcare (CH).
Paulina Biniecka, PhD
Associate Director
Paulina is a highly skilled cancer biologist with over 5 years of research experience on diverse cancer models. She got her Master degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Copenhagen University, specializing in drug development, then completed her PhD in Life Sciences at the University of Lausanne, with research on anticancer therapies.
